Stripe Integration
QuicksyncPro connects directly to your Stripe accounts and automatically syncs payouts to QuickBooks in real time.
Connecting Stripe
- Click Connect Stripe from your dashboard
- You'll be redirected to Stripe to authorize the connection
- Grant QuicksyncPro read access to your account
- You're connected—payouts will now sync automatically
Multiple Stripe Accounts
QuicksyncPro supports connecting multiple Stripe accounts to a single QuickBooks instance. This is useful for:
- Multi-brand businesses with separate Stripe accounts per brand
- Agencies managing payments for different products or services
- International setups with region-specific Stripe accounts
Each Stripe account can have its own routing rules, allowing you to direct transactions to different QuickBooks accounts as needed.
What Gets Synced
QuicksyncPro monitors your Stripe payouts and syncs the following transaction types:

Real-time Sync
Payouts are synced to QuickBooks within moments of being initiated in Stripe. You'll receive a notification confirming each successful sync.
Security
QuicksyncPro uses Stripe's official OAuth integration. We only request read access to your balance and payout data—we can never move money or modify your Stripe account.
