QuickBooks Integration

QuicksyncPro connects directly to your QuickBooks Online account to automatically book your Stripe payouts in real time.

Connecting QuickBooks

  1. Click Connect QuickBooks from your dashboard
  2. You'll be redirected to Intuit to sign in
  3. Select the QuickBooks company you want to connect
  4. Authorize QuicksyncPro to access your books
  5. You're connected—payouts will now sync automatically

Supported Versions

QuicksyncPro integrates with QuickBooks Online (all plans):

  • Simple Start
  • Essentials
  • Plus
  • Advanced

QuickBooks Desktop is not currently supported.

What Gets Created

When a Stripe payout syncs, QuicksyncPro creates transactions in QuickBooks that record:

All entries are balanced and linked to the original Stripe payout for easy reconciliation.

Chart of Accounts

QuicksyncPro works with your existing chart of accounts. During setup, you'll map Stripe transaction types to the appropriate accounts in your books. Common mappings include:

  • Revenue → Sales Income, Service Revenue, etc.
  • Fees → Payment Processing Fees, Merchant Fees, etc.
  • Payouts → Business Checking, Operating Account, etc.

Real-time Sync

Transactions appear in QuickBooks within moments of a payout being initiated in Stripe. You'll receive a notification confirming each successful sync.

Security

QuicksyncPro uses Intuit's official OAuth integration. We only request access to create transactions and read your chart of accounts—we cannot access sensitive financial data, delete records, or make payments.
